FSI Mud Cleaner
   Mud cleaner is a combination of hydrocyclone mounted above a shale shaker. The primary use of the mud cleaner has always been the removal of drilled solids larger than barite.  Its secondary purpose is to remove drilled solids from unweighted drilling fluids.

Linear Power Mud Cleaner

  • Screens: four 42in x 29 in pretensioned panels
  • Cones: 3 supercyclones , 500 GPM each (1500GPM total)

This FSI Mud Cleaner had been designed with cyclone inlet and cylindrical section modified to minimize turbulence and wear but still have the capability to operate at much higher capacities than our competitor's cyclones .
